Updated host fees 📢
We’re excited to share that a proposal for updating our host fees has officially passed and will go into effect in 14 days (from October 16). This proposal is a significant step forward in supporting All For Climate's operations and ensuring we continue to provide impactful services to our ever-growing network of 250+ collectives.
How Did We Get Here?
The process leading to this change was both collaborative and thorough:
- Questionnaire: We collected feedback via a detailed questionnaire (check out the results here).
- Community Assembly: We held an assembly in June to gather input from all collectives.
- Reworked Proposals: Based on this feedback, we revised and refined the proposal three times to ensure it aligned with the needs of the community and our organization.
The New Host Fees
Starting from October 16, collectives will be categorized into two groups:
- Small Collectives (less than 15 donations and an annual budget under €1000) will have a host fee of 4%.
- Large Collectives (more than 15 donations and an annual budget above €1000) will have a host fee of 6%.
This update will allow us to generate the resources needed to cover operational costs, including funding our single paid role, which is essential for processing the hundreds of transactions we handle daily. Even with these changes, All For Climate will continue to offer one of the lowest host fees compared to other fiscal hosts. Click here to see the full proposal.
We have also updated our new grant fees.
New Grant Fees
We’ve recently updated our grant fees to better reflect the growing responsibilities and workload associated with managing grants. To understand the changes and explore the different fee categories, click here for more details.
Why Is This Important?
The decision to adjust host fees was not made lightly. The ongoing legal and fiscal challenges we face in maintaining transparency and efficiency have made this adjustment necessary to sustain our operations and better serve you. These changes will help us remain strong in the demanding world of fiscal hosting while continuing to drive the climate movement forward.

Thanks for your understanding and ongoing support! Together, we’re ensuring that All For Climate remains mission-driven and impactful, now and in the future.
Community assembly 📣
Join us on Wednesday, October 16th at 19:00 CET for our second community assembly. We will host a space for collectives, activists, team members and various contributors to unite and discuss various news from All for Climate.
Our new board 👔
We are excited to introduce three new members to the All For Climate board! Their dedication and passion for what we do will strengthen our collective efforts as we continue to grow. Here's a bit more about each of them:
- Marco: When Marco isn't busy building a Solarpunk future or contributing to various sustainability projects, he’s been volunteering for All For Climate for years. Over the last year, he has taken on a more strategic role, making him a fantastic addition to our board.
- Lyllou: With years of activism across multiple collectives, Lyllou brings a valuable perspective from the collective's side. Her experience and insight will ensure that the voices of our collectives are heard at the board level.
- Babette: The powerhouse behind processing your expenses and donations, Babette’s administrative support has been pivotal. Now officially part of the board, she’ll help streamline even more of our back-end processes.
As we welcome our new board members, we also want to express gratitude to Leen, who has chosen to step down from the board. A big thank you for her service and contributions! Xavier will continue representing for a bit longer as we move forward.
We’re confident that these changes will bring fresh perspectives and continued momentum to All For Climate’s mission!
